Kristian Kuhns is a beast. Loan went through quick, seamless, and with flying colors. Rumors are that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac call him for mortgage advice. Would I recommend him to a friend? Only if my friend demands excellence, intelligence, and sniper-like accuracy from their mortgage broker. He deserves a raise, a promotion, and unlimited company-paid Crossfit memberships. Would, and probably will, do business with him again.
