Todd is extremely responsive and knowledgeable about his product offering. I worked with a couple other companies, but Todd was the only one that never tried to hide anything. He was transparent throughout the process, and offered me the best rate as well as lender credits that for my VA loan. I'd highly recommend using Todd.

First of all, I'm a very satisfied returning customer., Hector was very informative and welcome feedback from me. He gave me different scenarios so I could choose the loan plan I needed or that worked best for me. He was very personable and worked with my work schedule providing me his personal cell phone in case I had questions after office hours. His support made me feel as though we were in the same city, even though we were in different states, I'm in California.
