We had gone through a chapter 13 bankruptcy, so we really didn't think anyone was going to be able to help us with a refinance. Luckily our credit scores had greatly improved and we were able to refinance with some cash out for some badly needed remodeling in the house. From the beginning, Grant was always available. If I sent an email or called he responded immediately. Had a few hiccups with the title(no fault of theirs), Grant was on top of it and eventually we closed. Thank you Grant!!
