We originally were seeking a HELOC when we contacted Ahmad and New American. However, Ahmad helped us see that the best thing for what we were looking to do was to do a full refinance of our mortgage and he was able to get us a great rate lower than the already low rate we had. The process had some challenges but he was patient and helpful in getting us through. The whole team at New American was great to work with.

I was referred to Bobby by our realtor in the purchase of our seconf home. Our realtor assured us Bobby would take good care of us and boy was he right! Aaron provided excellent service. He was able to get us a loan when everyone said no. The process was very clear and easy. Justin was professional and always kept us up to date. Even during the home search he continually called to see how the search was going. When we did find a home we needed a different approval letter and it could not wait till Monday morning. Justin actually went in on his own worked up the approval my realtor needed. Wonderful customer service.
