Scott was very personable and knowledgeable. Had to have some dry rot repairs to my roof and eves which caused a delay at my end. As soon as the work was completed, Scott had the appraisal redone at no extra cost to me. The value of my home was higher than I thought, Scott, in turn, found a better loan, conventional with 3.78% interest rate, no hazard insurance, low closing costs. The approval, closing and funding went smoothly and in a timely manner. Highly recommend Scott and NAF.
