The fact that I didn't have to shop around and take time out of my day to do anything. Joy and the team put everything in front of me via email when they needed something, which saved time. Always got quick responses from everyone when I had a question.

Tamara was very professional, understanding and the best thing that happened to me from all this stressful house buying experience. Scott kept me updated on how my mortgage refinance loan was progressing. He also answered any questions I had on a regular basis about my loan. He walked me through this process as it was my first time refinancing and I was quite anxious about it. My best friend referred me to Scott, and I'm glad I went to him, I felt he was well experienced and knew what he was doing. I would definitely refer him to friends and my family.
