The day I contacted Tom my previous loan officer had me confused, frustrated and ready to give up on the home of my dreams. He was headed to the office the morning I called him but realizing I was upset he took the time to pull off and park so he could explain how he could help me. He immediately called me back when he arrived to the office and got the process on its way. Thanks to Tom I now own my dream home. I could not have done this without him.
