Rob was very knowledgeable and responsive from the beginning. It was our first time buying a house and applying for a mortgage. He made it a smooth process and always reassuring us that it will go through and had a positive attitude. We would definitely go with Rob and his great team in future and would highly recommend him. Alex treated us & our application process as if it were his own. It was such a relief to have Alex, who was referred to us by close friends. He kept us informed, was very knowledgeable on everything in this industry. He found the perfect program for us, explained everything with patience & detail. He answered our calls even after hours. Our loan had to be processed very quickly, he made it happen! He is our only loan officer for life! He has become part of our family & we can't thank him enough!

Rebecca was there day and night to answer questions and to give advice. There were some times that were very rocky and she was very reassuring that it was going to be Okay and we were going to find a house that would be perfect for our family in our price range. She was extremely professional and personal which is hard to do!!
