Martha communicated with us step by step, although there were some delays with our employment verification she communicated and things closed as she promised. We had tried other lenders and were not able to close our loan. Martha knows her trade. We are very thankful we got her to help us with our refinance.

Steve and his team kept me informed throughout the process. Timing was tight at the end and the lender kept asking for more documentation and it was tough to keep up. We did get funding done before my home demo and walk-through. Very professional team and I was happy to work with them.

When I first meet Nancy. She was vary professional . Nancy was precise with me. Letting me know what I needed to do to raise my credit score. Documents she needed promptly. She sent emails that need to be electronically singed. Keep my up to date by e-mail or phone. If Nancy was not available her secretary Natasha was there for me. Nancy was vary persistence helping me get approved. Thanks to Nancy Cabrera I am a home owner I never thought I would be.
