My husband and I met with Nathan after having an uneasy feeling with another loan company. Everything was being done by phone and internet and we just didn't feel right about the loan. We called Nathan and he met with us the next day. He came to our home and drew out options for different payment amounts based on what our needs and wants were. We were able to choose which option worked best for us. The best part is our mortgage is a couple hundred less than the other lender had quoted us.

The follow up, the constant updates, fact that was present at time of signing, clear instruction on what documentation was needed and what we had pending, looking for ways to make things easier such as the information for online payment through company website; all these and more small details that make the process most personalized and customer service oriented. Over all great service.

For us, communication is everything. As a consumer, I shouldn't have to wonder what's going on with my loan, status of the process etc... I must say Tamara Myers provided that "CUSTOMER SERVICE" to us. We called her, if she didn't answer, the call was returned immediately. We were new to the home buying process, so there were always questions/concerns we had. She patiently answered them. Tamara and her team were AWESOME!
