Steve was very helpful in getting this closed. He worked on seeing through my paperwork getting processed while he was under the weather. I have bought homes previously and he has been by far the most knowledgeable representative I have ever dealt with. He was very professional and timely with his responses. There were both good and bad things that happened while working with new american, but Jen tried to help make the best out of the bad things that happened. In my particular case, the bad things were that the interest rate increased twice and that I wasn't able to get an 80/10/10 as I wanted. However, Jen helped me by giving me other good options which I could then use to still get a satisfying deal. Overall, she was very helpful answering any questions I had.
