Patricia was on top of everything throughout the entire process. Sometimes i would get emails later in the day and i usually only check my emails in the morning or early in the afternoon. She was making sure i was getting all the emails and if there was any issues we would talk in person or over the phone. She always answered every question I had. Even if it was way after work hours. She was able to break everything down for me so it was understandable and was able to explain everything I had questions on. Was an extremely pleasant experience after what my family and I have gone through before with a different lender. She worked around my schedule which is crazy. Will hopefully be able to go through her again when we decide to move in the future.
