Mary was upbeat, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. She projected the feeling that she was there for me. She was efficient and did everything in a timely way. She compensated for my lack of functioning tech tools and knowledge to make things run smoothly. She kept in touch and oversaw steps that didnt necessarily involve her directly to be ready to rectify any oversights that might occur along the way. She is highly skilled and a pleasure to work with.

This was the first time we ever did a refinance with never seeing anyone, yet it was handled so personal, and professional that we were totaly amazed. Both Joe and Karrisa had fantastic personalities is what made up our decission !!!!! Joe, being a fellow vet , realy made a great first impreccion.
