Terry was a great communicator always keeping me in the loop on items he needed from me. He was quick to answer questions and never delayed on giving a reply on email and was quick to answer my calls. My refinance required a lot of time and knowledge from Craig, as my circumstances lead to a very complicated, difficult refinance. After being told by various other companies that they weren’t able to accommodate my request to refi, I had almost lost hope. Then Craig called and I decided I’d give it one last try.
