For being our first house that we have bought and with all the other loan agencies that we had talked to you can only imagine just how confused we were with everything! It wasn't till after meeting with you and talking about everything did things truely come into focus and at the same time build confidence in what we were doing because you made us feel like family and seemed like you geninuanly wanted to answer all of our questions regardless of there were dumb or not!
