My number one concern is receiving exceptional customer service! Jon was top notch! From the beginning to the end of the loan process, Jon was there to assist, answer any questions, and if you called & left a VM, Jon would return your call in a reasonable time period. All in all, let's just say Jon DiClementi knows his business! Jon made my loan process a little less stressful since this process can take a toll on a person securing a loan for a home, condo or townhouse.

Jon was extremely helpful, attentive, caring and made my first home buying experience a memorable and fun one at that! Buying a home can be stressful and Jon and his team made it an adventure for me and I felt empowered around my home buying experience.
