Ahmad was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. The overall loan process went pretty well. And even when we had issues with the Appraisal and Structural Engineer Report he was always positive and followed up with the other parties involved in the loan process keeping me in the loop along the way. He and his team are very professional and easy to work with!

We have been with New American Funding for several years now, and we have done everything from loan transfers to refinancing to new home loans. Most recently we worked with Nate for a new home loan. We had a quote from a different company that Nate and his team were ultimately able to match and BEAT (eliminating fees), and we closed in less than 20 days. I was hesitant when I contacted Hugh but he put me right at ease and explained everything to me. He was available when I had questions and always took the time to explain the process. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or refinance a loan.
