Jason was the very first contact I had with NAF, and he was there every step of the way to assist with the entire process. He gave his time to explain the things I did not understand, and to move things along. It was always a pleasure to speak with him via phone or email as he was always pleasant, patient with my questions and lack of computer skill, and never made me feel that he was in a rush or too busy. I don’t believe he ever hung up until he was sure he had completely answered my concerns.
