I was really nervous to do a refi over the phone and on the computer. I thought I wouldn't be able to get through all of it without problems. Mack was such a great help, and walked me through all the steps , and helped me when I had questions or didn't know what to do. He always answered my phone calls when questions would a rise. Through the process, he seemed like friend, not someone who was helping me with a loan. I don't know all of your agents, but I would have to say he is one of your best

I really appreciated Shawns ability to communicate throughout the process of the loan and he was always available to answer any and all questions.
