Ben was always available for questions and provided prompt answers and information. He was personally on top of the application and loan process all the way from first meeting until closing. I have NEVER before had a loan officer attend a closing, but Ben was there! He was Mr Customer Service all the way through. What a refreshing experience. Thank you, Ben.
