The whole process was quick especially the pre-approval letter. It did allow me to look for home as soon as possible. In addition, I am very happy with the rate, and communication was great even though we are in different time zone.

Loan rep Joseph Carrigan was attentive, polite, patient and responsive. I’m a retired Texas lawyer and my practice focused on real estate matters. Somehow Joseph remained calm despite my numerous detailed questions and my slowness in getting info in. And I was equally impressed with loan processor Paola Lewis.
