I received a comprehensive list of documents and requirements early on. Approvals came rapidly. And, most importantly, I did not receive 11th hour document requests from Steve. This is the first time in closing a loan this has not occurred. The upfront thoroughness removed the back end stress so often created by other lenders. Thanks
