Gene was a consummate professional from day 1, through closing, to the day of funding. He was extremely helpful in explaining all the different options and was readily available any time we had questions. If there was something in progress or pending from Gene's side he provided timely updates. When Gene found out that there was a delay in the appraisers reaching out to me he escalated to his Manager and the issue was rectified immediately. Will HIGHLY recommend to everyone I know.
