Steven not only kept in touch with me through emails, he also called me to make sure I understood what to do on the paperwork. He knew I was not familiar enough with my first smart phone to use the esign on the forms and offered to walk me through it. What actually sold me on useing him was that he gave me more information than I asked for. He showed me how much and how many years of payments I would save by going to the 15 year mortgage. He made me feel that he really wanted my business.
