It was good working with Bobby. His team worked diligently to help us out in the process. We had a few rough patches when it came to the Union Bank second loan, but Bobby worked patiently and got all our questions answered. Even when Union bank was not forthcoming with answers, he did his best to get all the intricate details ironed out for us.

It made it easy enough to get our paper work done without having to miss work and was able to handle it after work and weekend's with phone calls with a very patient and understanding mortgage representative named Joseph Carrigan, and I just wanted to say thank you for all you've done and continue doing for us. Mike was always able to answer all of my questions throughout the loan process. He assisted me via phone or text and responded promptly no matter the time of day. Changing a loan organizer in the middle of the loan was a catastrophe in my opinion I had to continuously resend paperwork to new people involved in the loan sign the same papers numerous times explain what I was trying to do with refinance and pay off two credit cards which was at Wells Fargo and another one at The Building supply store which apparently was lost so the only check written was for Wells Fargo and the building material store was not paid off the underwriters a whole nother story
