Michelle was ALWAYS available. For example I sent her a email at 11 pm one night because I had thought of a question and I didn't want to forget. I didn't expect an answer until the next day and she got right back to me at 11 pm. Any questions or concerns I had, Michelle would answer them right away or find out the answer and get back to me. She was amazing throughout the entire process.
