Ryan helped me get qualified, and write multiple offers in a very timely matter. When it came to close escrow he did it in less than 30 days and was very informative and helpful along the way. I almost went they my credit union and so glad I didn't because I never would have closed escrow on my dream home in the time I wanted to. Ryan made it happen!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and Michelle walked us through each step in purchasing our home. She, and the members from her team, were amazing. I was scared that purchasing a home would be difficult with our credit but that wasn't the case at all and Michelle was able to get our fees down considerably! I would highly recommend!

My builder needed to do a quick close of escrow--30 days. I had tried to work with two other lenders and was very frustrated by the process. A week later, in desperation, I signed up with Lending Tree and was referred to Nate Huss. Nate was a breath of fresh air from our initial conversation through the close of escrow. Positive, upbeat, easy to work with-- best rates!! Not only was Nate able to meet the builder's deadline, he did it in a record 20 days!! I highly recommend Nate!!
