I have a client of Kims since June 2017 and I have to say she is one of the most amazing, hard working woman I have had the pleasure of working with. She walked me through everything with such patience and got me any documents I needed in a timely manner. It's so stressful buying or refinancing and she stuck it through with me. Jaclyn was terrific up to the end. When the final termite report was submitted to clear the funding, we never heard back from her. We called and left messages as well as sent emails and got no response. We were told she was working on another matter so Maureen Barbee became the person who let us know the loan cleared and when funding would occur. But for this, Jaclyn was terrific.

We had a difficult situation the the newamerican team didn't give up until they got our loan funded. We appreciate all their help, it was a long process but that had nothing to do with their work we just had issues with new jobs and unordinary circumstances but they worked through it and got it done.
