I wanted to refinance my home loan and there are many lender out there but I picked New American Funding. The reason being is the customer service. I worked directly with Mr. Winston Penalosa, to refinance my loan, Mr. Penalosa, was exceptionally, helpful and always answered my questions. He kept me up to date with any new information. Explained everything to me and it was helpful to me. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Mike was great! He communicated quickly and effectively, took care of us, and made sure we were presented with loan options and made very accurate and helpful recommendations. Any questions I had were responded to promptly, and Mike even kept in touch when there wasn't really any updates. Mike will absolutely be my go-to for any future loans, as well as the first person we will give out as a reference to friends and family!
