Liz was extremely helpful, and extremely patient as I had a ton of questions. She was always easily reachable by phone, and answered emails very promptly. Liz is very personable, knowledgeable, and was simply a pleasure to work with. In dealing with other companies, I was left with the feeling I was just another loan, just another tally mark on their monthly quota/count. Bart was very helpful in everything we needed to do. He explained things clearly, and taught us to doc u sign. We lived out of state, so he was very helpful getting things done long distance.
