Eric is a great customer service,is more like a Doctor that you trust.. but then I’m not so happy with his boss.. I cancel my flight 2 times they promised to do something for me, but last minute, he told me he’s boss says no. Other than that overall experience great .. that’s why I recommend 2 guys so far, & many more coming, if the boss will keep he’s promised of referrals

Cheryl and her team made my experience what I believe to be the best possible.
