Unfortunately the highest rating is a 5 because Joseph did a lot to get my loan through. I was working with another lender that left me hanging due to things on my credit report. Joseph didn't put me last due to all the work that had to be done. I highly recommend Joseph and the staff. If you want a straightforward answer, someone that will take the time to truly help you and not put you on the back of the list because there are easier loans to make quick money, he's your guy.

Nate's team was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had. They explained things throughly since I was a first time home buyer. He was willing to negotiate rates and closing costs to accommodate my financial concerns prior to purchasing the home. Overall everyone was friendly and they worked together like an A team!!!
