Ethan & Jojo worked hard to make sure our refinance went smoothly. Overall, this was a pleasant experience as they both made sure there were no delays on their end & followed up with me in a timely manner. Both were also available to answer my many questions. Winston knows what he is talking about and makes sure things get done. Even though it took over 7months he still was there for me. Even if I didn't understand he would patiently explain again until I understood what it was.He is a true professional in his field.
