Andrew was great, through it all he was patient , kind and very positive. Your underwriter put me through the wringer even at the very last minute With one day till closing!!! I had to call the IRS multiple times and spend hours trying to get the transcripts that your underwriter demanded. I am a previous customer and never had a late payment on a mortgage payment ever ...since 1987 but... I was put through Hell!!! Kaitlen was awesome. She had all the answers or got right back to me. It was an anxious time and she made it very smooth. I called her and she was always pleasant to talk to me even if I knew I was bugging her.
