Craig was a very honest through the entire process, kept us up to date regularly and completely eliminated all the fluff. We like that with anyone we do business with and I would certainly never hesitate to call upon Craig again. We had many offers for loans come in, many if which called and emailed so many times I couldn't remember who was who and they all seemed desperate. Craig was much different. He did call me back, introduced himself and we instantly took a liking to him!

Rey always let me know what was happening throughout the process. We communicated both by email and phone and it was always a pleasure to speak to a live person. Because of Mike's expertise, I sincerely believe that my challenging mortgage loan request was approved. Throughout the process, I always felt that Mike treated me like I was his only client. In the Sports World, he would be considered a "Franchise Player"! Also, Mike's "Team" of processors and title company escrow processors were outstanding!
