My husband and I were looking to refinance and get rid of our PMI and lock into a low fixed rate before they start climbing again. I did a lot of due diligence both online and via local banks/lenders. I was impressed with the facts found online....the prompt follow up from Mr. Becerra, the online EASY initiation of refinance, ongoing communication & support from company and the thorough start to finish process we experienced. 2 Thumbs Up!

We had tried two other home loan companies without any luck. We were referred to Kevin and we quickly realized he has the experience and expertise to get the job done. Ahmad was very cordial and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the refinancing process. He kept in touch with me during each step and was available almost 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When dealing with other departments in the company, Ahmad still kept in touch throughout the process. I appreciate everything that Ahmad did and would definitely recommend him and New American Financing to friends and family.
