Charity was always upfront about all options with my refi, about the steps in the process, and about any updates/changes that might occur. Not only that, but she always made herself available to discuss any questions that came up. Her level of customer service is rare in today's markets (pick your market of choice) and was a breath of fresh air - especially in the "scary" undertakings of property financing. I have already suggested her to friends and co-workers!
