Really the whole process was awesome, timely response, ideas/options from Ryan, the video introduction, the online document process was very time efficient. At all times I had a question I was confident he/the whole team would get back to me. Leslie was awesome as well, I/We really felt we could trust this team. Probably the biggest asset was that there was never any pressure and I really appreciate that!!! If there was a 6th star I would have checked that box. Thank you!!!!
