My experience working with Andrew was awesome and I will work with Andrew again. For example, Andrew understands that requiring customers to gather documents for underwriting can be a tedious, daunting task for the customer. Andrew proactively challenged underwriting when necessary in an effort to continue delivering a positive client experience. This was not my prior experience with my prior loan officer and it made for a great experience.
