Craig was great throughout the process. If he didn't answer the phone, which happened once, he returned the call within a half an hour. The process was easy. The electronic documentation made signing docs easy also. My only issue, was with escrow returning calls, missing paperwork and the fact that taxes and insurance were not put in impounds, which is costing more out of pocket costs.

Michael is very personable, kept me informed and updated, he listened to my needs and goals then found a solution that best met my needs.
