John is best at meeting folks at their level of understanding; he has patience to make sure that the understanding of the client knows what the process/loan is about; and that it is the right thing to do for the client. Any issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Feel very fortunate to have had Mr. Briggs pick up his phone the day I called in to discuss the possibility of doing a reverse mortgage. It absolutely was the right choice for me.

Linh detailed each step of the process and the length of time for each step. She kept us updated on the status of the loan. The loan moved quickly and efficiently. Most importantly she did not keep changing/raising the closing cost fees. The closing cost at the end was the same as she quoted in the beginning. We will gladly use Linh and New American Funding for any other home purchase or refi.
