Slick and sweet was this house purchase. We've been around the block with properties but this was as easy as could be. The Team kept in communication continually and let us know where we were in the process. They assisted throughout the process in gathering documentation and submitting them as needed. The whole Team was cordial, intelligent, and a pleasure to work with. Utilizing current technology (email, etc.) allowed the whole process to be efficient and did not tax or labor us. As a Realtor, you always want to have a great rapport with you lender. Not only is Shiba readily available but if she misses a call you can guarantee a call back within 24 hrs if not faster! She really cares about her clients and does all she can to get them to the closing table! I really appreciate the way she holds the hands of my first time home buyers!
