Mr. Mark Kinder, from the very first introduction I could tell he is a person I could trust and felt very comfortable talking with him. He is a quick study on capturing the needs and assessing what needs to be focused upon with his new client. One can tell he's been doing his job awhile, because he is very good at it. I found him very personable, polite, very professional, and at times funny, which helped tremendously during this stressful time buying a home. I can never thank him enough.
