Jennifer was extremely polite, professional, and patient with us. She always promptly answered any questions we had. She dealt well with a layperson's frustration with the mortgage approval process and explained things very well. Besides just being wonderfully pleasant, it was Mum's ability to deal with my myriad of dumb questions and being able to not only explain everything in layman's terms but then to properly educate me on how to look and see some of the answers for myself so that I could begin to ask more perceptive questions. Her ability to not only explain, but then teach was phenomenal and why I'm more than happy to recommend Kym to everyone I know.
