Clear communication about every step of the loan process. Brandon was very prompt in answering calls with any additional questions that I had about the loan steps and time frames. The only glitch in the whole process was the miscommunication between my employer and senior loan processor( in the fact two different ones) which prolonged the time of my loan refinance for at least a week. Overall great experience being kept informed by Brandon about each step of the way.
