Jocelyn was extremely responsive and worked hard to get a mortgage product that would work in my unique and challenging situation. When we encountered the challenges, she helped me understand the options and make the best decisions. In addition, Jocelyn always made sure that I was kept in the loop re my loan status even when the process was in the hand of another department. I felt that Jocelyn was actually advocating for me than simply trying to close a deal.
