Shiba is amazing. When I contacted Shiba I was just about to give up on finding a house. After I gave her all my information, within a week she had me preapproved for a loan. She stayed in contact with every move of the process even while on vacation. She told me to trust her and I let her take the wheel, which led us to close in 3 weeks. I have already recommended her to a few of my friends that want to purchase a home within this year.
