I had a very good experience buying my first home with Lenny. I didn't expect things to go so well. He was knowledge about any questions I had about the loan. And, he was easy is get in contact with. I'd highly recommend going through Lenny, if you want to have a pleasant time going through the buying process.

Mike Pilla and his team did an awesome job from day 1. I came to Mike to see what things i needed to do to prepare myself for purchasing my first home and he explained to me what my options were and the difference between them. Every question I had (and I had a lot) he and his team were right there not only with answers, but thorough exploitations. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone I know in need of a home loan.

We had a very difficult loan to complete with curve balls at every turn and Blue kept us, and our loan, from falling apart. I truly believe that if not for Blue's expertise, our loan would have never gone through. He has remarkable knowledge, calmness, and communication. Miguel and his team are dedicated professionals who treated me like family throughout my first home buying experience. I was expecting tons of red tape going into this as an out-of-state client, but they were able to send and receive all of my documents electronically and made themselves available day and night to answer my calls and emails (even with a 2 hour difference in our time zones.) I can't thank them enough for all of their hard work. You won't find another lender like Miguel!
