Sandy was extremely attentive, working with my realtor and the title company on my behalf to ensure that everything was moving along in a timely manner. I would assume that the loan process is normally a nightmare but Sandy made it entirely seamless. She is trustworthy and efficient and I could not ask for more from a loan officer.
