Elizabeth Simone is the first lender that I truly felt comfortable with. LIZ is upfront and tells the truth. I have used 2 lenders before Liz and she the only one I will use from now on. My husband and I had been left feeling deflated and were treated like we were not worthy of owning a house by a credit union. A good friend of ours gave us Carrie Buchanan ‘s name and number and it was the best phone call I ever made!! We had some ups and downs in our search to find a home and Carrie was ALWAYS there answering our questions (even on Saturday and Sunday) ALWAYS with words of encouragement telling us that the right house was out there for us!! When we are ready to refinance she will be our first call!!

This is the second time I have worked with Carrie. Two years ago, she helped me finance an FHA loan for a rehab project and this time refinancing to get rid of PMI. Carrie is very knowledgeable, answers questions quickly, and gets things done efficiently. I would highly recommend her to people interested in FHA loans, as well as more traditional financing.
